1. Agreement to Terms & Contractual Relationship
By virtue of accessing S2W, whether as a visitor or a user, you acknowledge that a binding legal agreement is formed between you and S2W. Your ongoing use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your absolute acknowledgment and acceptance of said changes.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property & Assets
The Service, including but not limited to its custom source code, underlying technology, stylesheets (CSS), custom scripts (JS), brand names ("S2W", "Stuff2Watch"), UI/UX layouts, original logos, and proprietary icons, are the exclusive property of S2W.
- Proprietary Protection: You understand and agree that the source code and architecture of the Service are valuable trade secrets. Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code constitutes a breach of confidentiality and will result in legal action and technical countermeasures.
- Third-Party Content: Movie thumbnails, descriptions, trailers, and ratings are provided by third-party APIs (e.g., TMDB). S2W does not own or host these media elements; they are provided for identification purposes only. All liability for third-party content rests with the original providers.
3. Absolute Usage Restrictions
The only authorized use of this platform is the personal viewing of movie/series information and the use of the player. Any other interaction is strictly forbidden and is considered a breach of contract.
- Technical Prohibitions: The use of debuggers, web inspectors, or any developer tools to analyze, intercept, or modify site traffic and code is strictly prohibited.
- System Integrity: Any action that causes harm, downtime, or degradation (DDoS, viruses, malicious scripts) is a violation.
- Data Protection: You may not scrape, crawl, or automate data collection. Unauthorized replication of our design or functionality can and will result in a permanent ban and actions.
4. Breach of Terms & Enforcement
In the event of a breach, violation, or non-compliance, we are committed to taking immediate and effective measures. Failure to adhere to these terms can and or will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your access and IP address.
- Blocking of specific features or entire regions from accessing the Service.
- Forfeiture of any rights to data protection (such as GDPR or CCPA) if the access was gained through illegal means or terms-breaking activities (e.g., reverse engineering).
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
S2W is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- No Hosting: S2W is a technical index. We do not host, control, or upload any media files. All streaming content is provided by independent third parties.
- Risk: Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk. S2W, its operators, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3. Third-Party Players & Embeds (External Control)
The video player and all content within the 16:9 iframe/embed area are provided by third-party sources. S2W does not control, own, or have any technical association with these external providers.
- Data Collection: These third parties have their own independent Privacy Policies. They may use cookies or tracking over which S2W has zero influence.
- Advertisements: Any pop-ups or overlays within the player area are generated by the third-party hosts. S2W cannot remove these.
- User Protection: We strongly advise users to utilize uBlock Origin, Brave Browser, or Privacy Badger to mitigate unwanted third-party advertisements while using the player.
4. Local Storage Usage
S2W utilizes your browser's Local Storage to enhance your experience. This is used for saving watch history, UI preferences, and player settings. This data remains on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
5. Forfeiture of Rights (TOS Violators)
ATTENTION: Any user found in violation of our Terms of Service (TOS)—including but not limited to code theft, reverse engineering, unauthorized debugging, or malicious intent—immediately and irrevocably forfeits all rights to privacy or data protection under this policy. In such cases, S2W reserves the absolute right to utilize any available technical data, logs, and information to protect the Service, its assets, and its community, or to pursue legal action.
6. Binding Agreement
By using S2W, you confirm that you understand this policy and agree that any data collected through anonymized analytics is the property of S2W's operational intelligence. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately.
