1. Agreement to Terms & Contractual Relationship

By virtue of accessing S2W, whether as a visitor or a user, you acknowledge that a binding legal agreement is formed between you and S2W. Your ongoing use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your absolute acknowledgment and acceptance of said changes.

• Proprietary Protection: You understand and agree that the source code and architecture of the Service are valuable trade secrets. Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code constitutes a breach of confidentiality and will result in legal action and technical countermeasures.
• Third-Party Content: Movie thumbnails, descriptions, trailers, and ratings are provided by third-party APIs (e.g., TMDB). S2W does not own or host these media elements; they are provided for identification purposes only. All liability for third-party content rests with the original providers.

3. Absolute Usage Restrictions

The only authorized use of this platform is the personal viewing of movie/series information and the use of the player. Any other interaction is strictly forbidden and is considered a breach of contract.

• Technical Prohibitions: The use of debuggers, web inspectors, or any developer tools to analyze, intercept, or modify site traffic and code is strictly prohibited.
• System Integrity: Any action that causes harm, downtime, or degradation (DDoS, viruses, malicious scripts) is a violation.
• Data Protection: You may not scrape, crawl, or automate data collection. Unauthorized replication of our design or functionality can and will result in a permanent ban and actions.

4. Breach of Terms & Enforcement

In the event of a breach, violation, or non-compliance, we are committed to taking immediate and effective measures. Failure to adhere to these terms can and or will result in:

• Immediate and permanent termination of your access and IP address.
• Blocking of specific features or entire regions from accessing the Service.
• Forfeiture of any rights to data protection (such as GDPR or CCPA) if the access was gained through illegal means or terms-breaking activities (e.g., reverse engineering).

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

S2W is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• No Hosting: S2W is a technical index. We do not host, control, or upload any media files. All streaming content is provided by independent third parties.
• Risk: Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk. S2W, its operators, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This helps us understand what parts of the site are being used and visited, ensuring our development efforts go exactly where they benefit users the most. 2. Essential Third-Party Services

This site integrates several third-party resources to function properly:

• Google & Cloudflare: We use Google Tag Manager, Google Material Symbols (Icons), and Cloudflare security protection. Users must independently familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of Google and Cloudflare.
• vidsrc: Our content is provided and maintained by the external, free embed provider vidsrc.
• TMDB: Media metadata, titles, and posters are sourced via TMDB (The Movie Database), which may also employ its own analytics.

We do not collect personal information, registration details, or user data. Your privacy matters, and we have no need for your data because this service is completely free for everyone.

3. Ads, Pop-ups & Third-Party Content

S2W is a 100% free service for everyone, and we do not pay for the movies or series displayed. Because we use a free third-party embed player, all pop-ups, redirects, and advertisements within the video area are generated by these external providers. S2W has absolutely no control over these ads. We highly recommend downloading uBlock Origin to fight back against ads, just like we do!

4. Local Storage

We use your browser's Local Storage to keep track of your watch history and favorites. This data is stored locally on your device—never on our servers or any other database. You can completely clear, destroy, or reset this information yourself at any time directly through your browser settings.

5. Forfeiture of Rights (TOS Violators)

ATTENTION: Any user found in violation of our Terms of Service (TOS)—including but not limited to code theft, reverse engineering, unauthorized debugging, or malicious intent—immediately and irrevocably forfeits all rights to privacy or data protection under this policy. In such cases, S2W reserves the absolute right to utilize any available technical data, logs, and information to protect the Service, its assets, and its community, or to pursue legal action.

All violators of these rules leave themselves fully open to any and all countermeasures, which may include technical bans, tracking, or other unlisted administrative actions to secure our infrastructure.

6. Binding Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you must leave the website immediately. By continuing to use S2W, you solemnly swear, promise, and guarantee that you understand and agree to follow all rules, and fully acknowledge the consequences of violating them.
